    My 10 year old son had gonorrhea. My little boy who never acts out or misbehaves contracted the clap. Health officials have been asking questions because there are a number of children of his age and younger in the neighborhood who have this disease.

    A couple of weeks on antibiotics cured him. He hasn't mentioned who gave it to him. When the doctors questioned him, he just shrugged and mumbled. When I questioned him he just giggled and blushed.

    I don't know how this happened. I'm completely at a loss what to do.

    This happened to me and about six kids in our neighborhood when I was about 11. What happened was that some perv in the neighborhood was fucking a couple of the kids. These kids introduced the rest of the young boys in the to sex. I was one of the ones seduced by the older kids.

    I was sucked off, it felt good so I returned the favor. I never had sex with the older perv and only found out about him when he was arrested. It was a bad time for our little town. It was amazing how many of us were introduced to sex in that manner.

    The luckiest among us were the ones who never had sex with adults, just other kids. We really weren't coerced into anything so we coped with it better.

    To the original poster, I'm truly sorry for you in your situation.
    Other than major therapy for your son, I don't see what can be done.
    Moving out of the area is what I'd do, but the psychological damage is done.
