    First, be assertive. If he's used to you laying there like a starfish, why not take control. Tell him what you want, talk dirty a little if you're comfortable with it.

    If oral doesn't do it for you then why is that? Is it that you don't enjoy it or that he's not very good at it. If it's the latter then give him some direction. Get him to focus on your clitoris, even if you need to grab him by the hair and drag him in the right direction.

    As one of the previous comments stated, tell him what you like and how you like it. Don't be afraid. Communication is very essential to a relationship, even the sexual side of a relationship.
