— I Hate My Neighbor —Oh, how I hate my neighbors so fucking much. First of all, they are as noisy as hell! Every single day, they have fucking vistors coming and leaving the house like 100 times. Since they live right above me(I live in an apartment), my fucking neighbors make so much noise going down the steps with children screaming their dumbass heads off too. This is a horrible nightmare that I 'm living in! I really do wish they would move. I lived in a strata apartment block, where an asshole majority owner who owned 16 out of 20 apartments rented out to holiday makers, tourists, blow ins from public housing, criminals of all backgrounds, prostitutes, druggies, you name it has lived above, next door, and on the other side of my mother's flat, which I lived in.
The asshole strata title body corporate managers protected the majority owner, and made my life a living nightmare. The more letters I sent to complain about people staying up late, making parties, noisy sex, syringes strew over the common property, people parking incorrectly in others' car spaces, the cigarettes dropped onto dry underbrush, and materials, the oil and grease from cars, the late night visitors coming and going all hours of the night, or day, the druggies congregating outside my flat, and escorts coming and going and living in the apartments, WAS all ignored by the strata title managers in Adelaide. This dirty man and his business is still thriving as I speak. It is still full of scum from the low ends of the earth. Thank God I was given an opportunity to move to public housing, which proved okay to start with, but soon I lost a dear pet cat to a middle eastern neighbour, property damage, and noisy behaviour, something I am now trying to solve with the authorities.
These illegals, have been caught out, they have snuck in without anyone's knowledge, the male has a few wives, the kids are numerous, all they do is yell and shout when they speak. They have wrecked the new house and yard, they collect sticks and make fires in the yard, a ritual they have. I have reported them for this and for disturbing the peace.
The mosque sounds coming out of their house is heard all down the entire complex. Others are quiet and these people are uncivil and disrespecful. The daughter in a burkha and her dad recently damaged the adjoining fence as they both had a mental fit. The police arrived 5 times that day.
Now they are hopefully going to get an eviction notice this week.
The more you complain the more your landlord, public or private will do something about it. They have a high regard for helping out people like you and me and countless people seeking peace, privacy and minimal disturbance in their property, public or private.
The justice system will help you if you do complain in the right way, write to your local member of parliament, write to your landlord(s), public or private, ask you council for assistance.
When you have done all these things, like I have, it may take a year, you are on the road to success. The only way you may be able to solve your issues is to move, and this is very hard, as you sound alot like what I went through in a multi storey apartment.
Now my adjoining property, is conjoined to these noisy fucks, and I will not stand for it, nor will I allow the noise makers to get away with it. I stand firm in what I believe in, and I stress in my correspondences that I am paying my rent, I am law abiding, I do the right things, respect my property, and respect the peace and quiet and private of those living within close proximity.
They will listen, they will evict, after giving the offenders a few warnings, and if you are determined, you will get what you want.
Check out your new neighbourhood first. I did, but unfortunately, these current noisy fucks with the polygamous lifestyle has wrecked my harmony and peacefulness with his fucked up nationality and mentally sick mind.
