You need to drop a dime (okay, a quarter with inflation) How would you feel if something happened to these little kids and you knew all tis time that they were left to their own devices? You OWE IT to them to call and have their piece of trash mother hauled in to court - do it! Make a stand, so what if she gives you the hairy eye-ball for ratting her out - SHE is the one at fault, not you!
