First of all, please don't kill the chicken, it is a crime to do this, unless you want me to report you via the internet and you will be traced.
Secondly, the other problem of the light hitting your window at night, just put some cardboard inside your window if you cannot afford proper shutters.
Other advice, is, as you appear to be renting, ask your landlord to kindly speak to your neighbour to do something about the light, or the landlord can also pay for your window to install a proper covering.
The chickens are innocent and should not be a target for your anger, so please if you don't want any trouble from your local council or internet, please do not do anything stupid to the animals concerned.
There is a high penalty should you be suspected for this crime.
All the same, I am hoping that you can resolve both these issues, chickens, and light, with your landlord, their landlord, or the neighbours themselves if they are home owners, or with your local council, as they should be obliging to assist your needs as a rate payer.
Just calm down please.

You don't have to kill them. Report them to the police and you can have the chickens hauled away. Chicken poop is a health hazard. No problem, I've done it.
If they can't afford fencing to keep the chickens on their property, they don't deserve to keep them.
