If you report them, then your cat may be vulnerable.
If you keep your cat indoors after you report these feral neighbours, then the cat will be protected.
Why don't you slam your doors as well and do exactly what they do to you, perhaps they will get the message?

If you watched Mr. Bean's cartoons, you would have seen an episode where he had very noisy neighbours, driving him crazy.
He decided to record all the noise, and then he put the microphone in front of the balcony where they couldn't see it, and he put on his ear muffs and merrily went to sleep, while the noise makers who made his life miserable during the day were sent to pieces with their own noisy shit!
Try it, I will on my middle eastern neighbours, who are always up at night, entertain all the time, and their kids, and music is difficult to tolerate.
I keep reporting them to the housing authorities, and also will try to get rid of the new arab that's moved in to replace the previous large noisy arab family, full of concubines and kids. This time, it will be a sweet revenge!
I won't put up with my peace being ruined by any neighbour!
