What you need to do is go to a search engine and type in body mass index. You should get some hits for some sites that will help you calculate what your total percentage of body fat is by asking your height and weight, and the calculator will give you a number and a chart. You can use that number and see on the chart if you are okay. Don't worry so much about your weight though hun, you are only 14, and you have so much to enjoy in your teen years. Worry about eating healthy and getting the proper nutrients and vitamins for your body, because if you don't get them now, you are doing yourself and your body a great disservice and harm for the future. Stay healthy, stay positive, and have fun as a teenager.

    MAN, YOU SUCK
THE THING YOU HAVE TO DO IS EAT A LOT OF JUNKFOOD, AND THEN STAY FAT FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE.
    BEING A TEENAGER SUCKS
AM JUST KIDDING, JUST MAKE A SCHEDULE ABOUT WHAT TIME YOU DO THE EXERCISE, EAT HEATHY FOOD, AND HAVE AN ACTIVITY SO YOU COULD PLAY. AM 16, AND LIFE REALLY SUCKS
ALL THE GOOD STUFF MAKES YOU FAT

In health class, my teacher said that to determine the healthy weight for your height, start at 100 pounds if you are five feet tall and add five pounds for every inch of height you have beyond that. For example, I am five feet and two inches tall, so my ideal weight would be 110 lbs. However, this, as well as most BMI tests, is geared towards adults, so you will most likely weigh less since you are a teenager.

It all depends on your body. When I was 14, I weighed 180 at least. However, I didn't look like I weighed that much al all. I was 5'10" with large bones and muscular. It's really nothing to worry about.
