I'm a young female personal trainer. The other day I was at work with one of my customers who happened to be a guy. I was trying to teach demonstrate how to do squats properly using weights. In retrospect that probably was a bad idea, because I suddenly ripped a huge FART without warning and just like that I was Peeing uncontrollably right through my bikini style workout bottoms all over the floor. And no matter how hard I tried, there was just no way to stop it or slow it down.
Farting accidently was bad enough, but then to totally Pee myself in front of him and not be able to control it, was more Embarrassing then anything. He didn't make a big deal out of it, at least he tried to help me feel better by giving me my towel to cover my waist area so I could walk to the locker room to clean up.
Go figure, the moment I walked into the locker room I ran straight for the toilet go Pee again a second time. That's one day I won't soon forget.
